Order Placement & Confirmation
A user-friendly way of order placement is available on the website. You will receive a confirmation mail after placing an order.
In case you do not receive a confirmation mail first check your “spam folder” then contact us if mail is not received within an hour.
A confirmation mail shows that your order is placed successfully.
Cancellation
Order cancellation is allowed till your order shows pending status. Once it is processed for shipment you will not be able to cancel your order.
Payment mode
We receive your payment via all modes like credit card/debit card/ UPI/ cash-on-delivery.
The facility of cash-on-delivery is available in limited locations and on limited products which can be checked during order placement.
Delivery Time
“As we deal with essential products, we try to provide your order as soon as possible.” An approx. delivery time is shown to you at the time of order placement which is mostly between 10-12 days. A delay in delivery may be possible in the above-mentioned conditions.
Balaji Advertisement has the right to cancel your order if it takes more than the usual time for delivery or if the location is tough to trace physically. Thus we request all the customers to provide accurate details of delivery addresses for timely receiving your order.
